Former librarian and a publisher's reader for HarperCollins for over thirty years and counting. I was also the Reviews editor for A Shot in the Dark (later Shots) a crime fiction fanzine of the 1990s that still continues as a web based magazine. I have written and self-published four crime fiction books featuring Harry Webster, a private investigator in a large Yorkshire city. I have just completed a fifth book in the series that will be available on Amazon later this year and a general fiction novel set in the former Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire that will also be published in the second half of 2021.
