Simone is a love story, fashioned by the chance meeting between Andy and Simone who come to the aid of an elderly Gentleman who has fallen onto the road. Andy returns to Sheffield to be consoled by his friends Amanda, (Mandy) and Richard, particularly with the help and influence of Mandy they hatch a plan to reunite Andy with Simone.
Andy makes several visits to Bath to find Simone, without any success, yet eventually he finds Simone, but he is too late. With her death Andy finds solus with Simone’s close friend Vanessa.
